My expertise includes but not limited to the following areas of the law:
1. Criminal Law
Throughout my career I have represented clients in the following areas of Criminal Law:
- economic criminal law
- criminal acts related to the abuse of drugs
- traffic violations
- libel and slander
In the criminal procedure the underlying principle of the Constitution is the right to defense and the presumption of innocence. In the course of the defense concerning criminal affairs I also consider the above principle my "ars poetica".
In the criminal procedure I can represent either the accused or the victim, since legal assistance is obligatory in the supplementary private prosecution procedure.
I perform the duties in the investigation and the judicial phase, and potentially in the review of judgment and reconsideration phases.
I represent clients not only in Budapest, but also in other Hungarian cities.
2. Real Estate Law
I can assist clients writing agreements for selling or purchasing real estate, mainly in cases involving internal territory.
When required I deal with bank transactions, real estate mediation and sale.
I render legal assistance and advice in real estate affairs.
3. Corporate Law
I undertake entering into corporate contracts and preparation of articles of association.
On a lump sum basis, I take on permanent legal representation for companies and organizations.
I deal with corporations’ establishment, transformation and liquidation.
As a legal representative I perform the duties of bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings.
4. Family Law
I manage affairs of divorce, children affiliation and children placement cases.
In extra-judicial procedures, I conclude contracts concerning marriage settlement.
5. Medical Law
I take on medical malpractice cases.
In Hungary, medical law is a constantly developing area. The judicial practice regulates the so-called medical malpractice cases according to the extra-contractual compensation. The private medical practice represents an exception: the judicial practice applies the law concerning the contract of agency.
In the field of medical law, I assume the representation not only of the patients, but also of the health care providers.
6. Media Law
Since I also have a Journalism Degree, I pay special attention to the copyright and media affairs.
I would look forward to representing television and radio stations or any other media organizations.
7. Sports Law
I accept legal representation of athletes, and I undertake the formation of sports clubs and associations.
8. Immigration Law
I take on the legal representation of aliens for the application of resident visas, residency permits and the permission to reside.
